	Menus These menus are designed using feedback from LAUSD's Middle and High School Focus ground and taste panels. LAUSD's Executive Chef works directly with students, vendors and staff to develop menus that will draw students to Café LA and entice them into eating healthy. LAUSD's Chef's Signature Series is offered monthly in the secondary schools. These menus all meet or exceed the strict District and USDA nutritional guidelines.
